JS9B Reclamation & Rye – A designated reclamation grass seed for barren and impoverished soils in harsh environmental areas. Reclamation & perennial rye grass also gives stability on slopes and reduces erosion on loose soils.

Reclamation and rye grass seed can be used on soils and substrates with a wide pH range and possible heavy metal contamination. They have a great drought tolerance in areas with less than favourable environmental conditions. Once established, reclamation grass varieties and perennial rye grass create an attractive natural looking sward. The inclusion of perennial ryegrass allows for some controlled grazing.

Uses include: drought prone impoverished soils.
Conservation areas: Industrial landscapes. Mineral workings, landfill sites, country parks/meadows.
Sowing rate: 25g/m2.
Overseeding rate: 20g/m2.
Mowing height(min): 35mm.
